If you are new to this topic, the first course โ Estimating Your Future Healthcare Costs โ is a natural starting point. If you already have a general sense of potential costs and want to explore financial tools, the second course may be a better fit. Many participants take all three over time, though there is no obligation to do so.
Courses combine self-paced reading materials with scheduled live sessions delivered online via video call. This allows participants in Bangkok and across Thailand to attend from wherever they are most comfortable. Advisory sessions are held one-to-one in a private, supportive setting.
Course fees cover all learning materials, worksheets, live group sessions, and the individual advisory sessions listed for each course. There are no additional required purchases. Any optional follow-up support beyond the course scope would be discussed separately.

The first course typically spans 3 to 4 weeks. The second course runs over 4 to 5 weeks. The third, most comprehensive course takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks, including the written strategy document and advisor review at the end. Pacing can be adjusted based on your schedule.
